These terms are an agreement between you and MIDLO WEB DESIGN, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company that operates Stillstats. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean MIDLO WEB DESIGN, LLC. By signing in to Stillstats or using it, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

YouTube Terms of Service

Stillstats uses YouTube API Services. By using Stillstats, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Read them at YouTube Terms of Service. Stillstats is not made, endorsed or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

What Stillstats does

Stillstats shows analytics for YouTube channels you connect. It reads those analytics from YouTube API Services and never changes anything on your channel. The figures come from YouTube, and some of them, such as estimated revenue, are estimates. We do not promise that they are complete or correct.

Your account

• You sign in with a Google account, and you keep that account secure.
• You connect only a channel that you own or that you have the authority to manage.
• A channel can be connected to one Stillstats account at a time.
• You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to use YouTube where you live.

Price

Stillstats offers a free tier, and it costs nothing to use. There is no paid tier now. We can change what the free tier includes. If we add a paid tier, we describe its price and terms before it is offered, and nobody is charged without first choosing to pay.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• access a channel, an account or data that is not yours;
• break the law, or the YouTube Terms of Service, through Stillstats;
• interfere with Stillstats, overload it, or try to get around its security;
• copy, resell or reverse engineer Stillstats.

Ending your use

You can stop using Stillstats at any time, and you can delete your account inside Stillstats. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. The Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data when an account closes.

Disclaimer

Stillstats is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that Stillstats is always available or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, that come from your use of Stillstats. Our total liability for any claim about Stillstats is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 100 US dollars.

Governing law

The laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia govern these terms, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute about these terms or Stillstats goes to the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we publish the new version on this page and change the date at the top. If you use Stillstats after a change, you accept the new terms.
